About Us

Built around flexibility,
trust & community.

Severn Yard Studios is a collaboration between a small group of experienced, independent business owners with a shared vision — to create high-quality, flexible storage and workspace solutions within the heart of the local community.

With backgrounds rooted in creative industries, events, and independent business, we understand the importance of having the right environment to support your work, your ideas, and your passions.

This project has been carefully developed to offer more than just practical space. We aim to provide a setting where people feel comfortable, inspired, and supported — whether you’re storing valuable equipment, working on a project, or simply carving out space for something that matters to you.

We genuinely enjoy meeting the people who use our spaces. From growing businesses to personal projects, every unit has a story behind it — and we’re here to support that.

Whether it’s a place to work, store, think, have a conversation, or even grab a coffee between projects, Severn Yard Studios is built around flexibility, trust, and community.

Simple, secure, and thoughtfully run — with a personal, independent approach.
